Hi, I'm Jill!

For years I did "all the right things" and burned out anyway. I overthought, overworked, and overgave, convinced I had to earn my worth. Traditional therapy made it worse. It handed me more shoulds and more shame.

Everything changed when I stopped pushing and started listening, to my body, my nervous system, and the parts of me I'd been overriding for years. I got steady. I got clear. I got quiet. And I started leading from a place that felt more supportive and authentically me.

Today I help women leaders do the same. My work is grounded in an MSW, clinical training, inner child and parts-based practices, nervous system regulation, spiritual and energy healing, and my own lived experience. No performing. No pushing. Just steady support and safe guidance so you can tune into your personal truth and lead from there.
