Work With Me
My goal is to support people on their own journeys to discover their voice and feel empowered, seen, validated, and supported.
We will begin each session checking in and identifying your goals for our time together. I will use The Adult Chair® life coaching model to help you to feel supported and to gain new insights about yourself. At the end of the session, you will receive suggestions about how to support yourself on your personal journey between sessions.
Some people ask how often they should book an appointment. Because each session is so full of information, most people choose to have bi-weekly or monthly sessions. A few prefer weekly sessions and some yearly check-ins. There is no “right or wrong” – the frequency of appointments is entirely up to you.
What to Expect
Coaching is not a one size fits all experience.
Each 60-minute Zoom session is as unique as the person and the journey they are on. I encourage you to come to each session with a glass of water, a box of tissues, and an open mind. If you already know what you would like to focus on during our time together, bring that too. If not, no worries. I got you!
