About Jill

Hi, I’m Jill Vyn—and I’m an Identity Expansion Coach, one part life coach, one part business mentor.

I am also a woman who believes in herself, and in you. I’m here to help you trust your voice, expand into your truth, and grow your business in a way that feels aligned, sustainable, and deeply self-honoring.

Today, I show up as an empowered woman—always evolving, always deepening my alignment with purpose. But it wasn’t always this way.

I’ve walked through grief. I’ve carried depression, fear, and self-doubt like they were part of me. And for a long time, I believed success had to come through effort, performance, or perfection.

But healing changed everything. I realized that life doesn’t have to be as hard as we make it—and growth doesn’t have to come at the cost of your nervous system, relationships, or joy.

I’m living proof that transformation is possible. And I’m here to hold space while you create your own.

“Today I choose courage over comfort. It starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen. It’s owning your story and loving yourself and the best part is that courage is contagious.”

- Brené Brown

My deepest transformation began when I stopped pushing and started listening—to my body, my emotions, and my spirit.

For years, I carried self-doubt, grief, and the belief that I had to earn my worth. I was stuck in overthinking and burnout, even while doing “all the right things.” Nothing truly shifted until I began working with The Adult Chair® model, reconnecting with my inner child, and learning how to regulate my nervous system.

But that was just the beginning.

I also embraced spiritual and energetic practices that helped me hear my intuition, rewired my mindset around worth and visibility, and began honoring my capacity—not just my calendar.

Now, as a Master Certified Adult Chair® coach, I guide others through the same integrated journey:
one that supports healing, expansion, and sustainable growth from the inside out.

Together, we work gently but powerfully to:

  • Heal the root causes of stuckness

  • Release old identities that no longer serve you

  • Build safety in your nervous system

  • Expand into a version of yourself that feels true, grounded, and free

My work is informed by a wide range of lived and professional experience—including my roles as a therapist, entrepreneur, nonprofit co-director, Master of Social Work (MSW) holder, and mother. I also co-founded a nonprofit dedicated to cultivating and celebrating Disability identity and culture.

At the core of it all is this:
I believe you are worthy of the life and business you long for.
And I’m here to walk beside you as you claim it—fully, freely, and in your own time.

“Love the life you live. Live the life you love.”

- Bob Marley

“I am so grateful for the time with Jill to be able to deep dive into myself, be heard and seen and be able to move through these past hurts and heal them. I walked out of that session a healthy person, and I thank Jill for the guidance and direction.”
