By accessing, downloading, installing, or using any products, services, or websites operated by Jill Vyn Coaching(“we,” “us,” “our”), including JillVyn.com and any related sites (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms.

We may update or modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Services indicates your acceptance of any revised Terms.

2. Disclaimer

Jill Vyn Coaching does not guarantee results, outcomes, or specific levels of personal or professional growth. All content, products, coaching, and programs are for educational and informational purposes only.

We do not offer medical, legal, therapeutic, or financial advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making changes to your health, finances, or lifestyle. You are solely responsible for your actions, decisions, and outcomes. By purchasing or participating, you agree not to hold Jill Vyn Coaching liable for your results under any circumstances.

3. Billing Policy

Billing information must be accurate and up to date. The billing address must match the shipping address for physical purchases due to credit card security requirements.

4. Returns & Cancellations

4.1 Physical Products

• You may return unused physical merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the product price only.

• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• To ensure delivery, we recommend using certified mail with tracking.

• Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving the returned product and will be issued to the original payment method or via check to the billing address.

4.2 Digital Products and Services

Most of our products, courses, and memberships are delivered digitally and may include live or interactive components. We want you to be fully satisfied with your experience.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact jill@jillvyn.com within 30 days of your initial purchase to share your concern. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if you have participated in good faith and can demonstrate engagement with the material.

After 30 days, or once more than one live session has been attended, all sales are considered final.

This policy is designed to balance fairness with integrity—allowing time for a genuine experience while maintaining the value of the program.

5. Live Events

5.1 Event Policy

Event details, speakers, and content are subject to change without notice. No refunds are provided for live event purchases.

You may transfer your ticket to another individual up to 24 hours before the event by emailing jill@jillvyn.comand CC’ing the new attendee. Include their full name and email address. Jill Vyn Coaching does not facilitate or take responsibility for payment exchanges between individuals.

Unused tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Unauthorized resale or donation of tickets without written consent from Jill Vyn Coaching is prohibited.

5.2 Guest Ticket Transfers

Once a ticket purchase is confirmed, the purchaser may reassign guest tickets up to two times by submitting a Guest Ticket Transfer Request via email to jill@jillvyn.com.

5.3 Believe In Yourself Circle (BIYC) Membership

Membership Overview

The Believe In Yourself Circle (“BIYC”) is a monthly membership program offered by Jill Vyn Coaching that provides access to live group sessions, community connection, and educational materials. Participation in the BIYC signifies agreement to all Terms and Conditions outlined on this page, as well as the specific BIYC terms below.

Membership Access & Payments

• BIYC membership fees are billed according to the plan you select—either monthly or paid-in-full for a designated term (e.g., annual).

• Your membership renews automatically according to your plan unless canceled in writing at least fifteen (15) days before the next billing cycle.

• We want you to love your experience. If, after participating in your first live session, you find the BIYC is not the right fit, you may request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase by emailing jill@jillvyn.com.

• After 30 days, payments are considered final for the current billing period.

• If you are on a monthly plan, you may cancel future payments at any time with at least fifteen (15) days’ written notice before your next billing date.

This policy allows members a generous window to experience the community and make an informed decision, while maintaining clear boundaries for ongoing access and renewals.

Live Session Participation

• Live Circle sessions occur monthly via Zoom, typically on the third Thursday of each month from 11:00 AM–12:00 PM EST (subject to change with notice).

• Your Zoom link and call schedule will be emailed to you upon registration and may be updated as needed.

• Members are responsible for their own attendance and ensuring a distraction-free environment during sessions.

Community Conduct

The BIYC is designed as a safe, inclusive, and growth-oriented space. By joining, you agree to uphold confidentiality and respect. This includes:

• Protecting the privacy of all participants.

• Listening with empathy and avoiding unsolicited advice or diagnoses.

• No coaching, promoting, or selling services within the group.

• Communicating with kindness and professionalism at all times.

Violation of these community guidelines may result in temporary or permanent removal from the membership at the discretion of Jill Vyn Coaching, without refund.

Confidentiality & Recordings

• Live sessions may be recorded for the benefit of current BIYC members. By participating, you consent to being recorded.

• Recordings and materials are for internal community use only and may not be downloaded, copied, or shared outside the membership.

• Personal or sensitive information shared by members during sessions must remain confidential.

Content Ownership & Use

All BIYC materials—including recordings, exercises, journal prompts, and downloadable files—are the intellectual property of Jill Vyn Coaching. These are provided for personal educational use only and may not be shared or reused in any professional capacity without written permission.

Membership Changes or Termination

Jill Vyn Coaching reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any portion of the BIYC program, including session schedules, membership tiers, or included content, at any time with reasonable notice.
If the BIYC is discontinued, active members will receive written notice and a fair resolution, such as prorated access or transition options.

6. Access to Purchased Content

As an accommodation, you may download previously purchased training materials (when available) for personal use. Availability of previously purchased materials is not guaranteed. Jill Vyn Coaching reserves the right to modify or remove content at any time without notice.

You are responsible for safeguarding your downloads. We are not responsible for lost, deleted, or damaged files.

7. Technical Issues

We are not liable for any technical failures, interruptions, or damages arising from the use of our sites or Services. This includes, but is not limited to, server issues, software bugs, viruses, or unauthorized access.

Any deliberate attempt to disrupt or damage our websites or Services may result in legal action.

8. Your Account

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to update it as necessary. Jill Vyn Coaching may use your information for account management and billing.

9. Community Guidelines

Participation in Jill Vyn Coaching’s online groups and forums is a privilege. To maintain a supportive environment, all participants agree to:

• Be respectful — No rude, negative, or attacking comments.

• No solicitation — Do not promote, pitch, or sell products or services to other members.

• Respect privacy — Group content is confidential and may not be shared outside the community.

• Stay on topic — Off-topic or inappropriate content may be removed.

• Follow warnings — Members who violate rules may receive up to three warnings, temporary removal, or permanent ban.

Access to these communities does not imply endorsement by Jill Vyn Coaching. Exercise caution when engaging or collaborating with others.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to course materials, videos, audios, graphics, and written content, is the property of Jill Vyn Coaching and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of our content without explicit written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by Jill Vyn Coaching.

11. External Links

Our Services may include links to third-party websites. Jill Vyn Coaching is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these sites. Accessing external links is at your own risk.

12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

(a) Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
(b) We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee completeness, reliability, or suitability of content.
(c) Jill Vyn Coaching shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Services.
(d) In all cases, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question, or $100 , whichever is less.
(e) No guarantees are made regarding personal, professional, or financial outcomes. All information is for educational purposes and not individualized advice.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Michigan, and you agree to waive any right to participate in class action proceedings.
