What You Can Expect

Your first session: Monday, May 12 at 12:30pm CT/1:30pm ET

Subsequent Sessions: 5/19, 5/28, and 6/2 at 4pm CT/5pm ET

  1. Your 1st four sessions are 30 minutes, and we’ll decide future pacing together.

  2. Come as you are — no prep needed.

  3. This is a space for emotional support, clarity, growth, and reconnection with yourself.

Calendar invites with Zoom links for your sessions have been shared. If you don’t see them in your inbox or calendar, feel free to reach out and I’ll resend them.

Tools to Support Your Growth

Fathom AI Recording:

I use a secure AI tool called Fathom to record and transcribe our sessions. This allows me to stay fully present while keeping track of key insights. These recordings are private and used only by me to support your process.

Between-Session Access:

Feel free to reach out if something meaningful comes up between sessions — whether it’s something you'd like support with or something you want to celebrate. I offer light touchpoint support and will always let you know if something feels best held for our next call.
